As a parent of a child with cerebral palsy, I have a deep personal understanding of the challenges faced by children with additional needs and their families. That experience has been a major driving force behind my advocacy and charity work.
In 2013, I was honoured to be named Clare Person of the Year by the Clare Association Dublin, in recognition of my contribution to children with special needs and their families in County Clare.
Since helping to establish the clinic, I have been actively involved in its management, development, fundraising, and ongoing service delivery. My focus has been to ensure that children and families can access vital therapies and supports without financial barriers.
